Dr. Eswine continues as an adjunct professor at Covenant Theological Seminary while also serving as Lead Pastor at Riverside Church (EPC) in Webster Groves, Missouri, where he has served since 2008. Additionally, Dr. Eswine leads and writes for Sage Christianity, a ministry focused on bringing doubts and questions into conversation with the wisdom of Jesus.
Dr. Eswine is the author of a number of books including Spurgeon’s Sorrows: Realistic Hope for those who Suffer from Depression.

Rico is a passionate evangelist, and former Senior Minister of Evangelism at All Souls, Langham Place in London. Co-Founder of Christianity Explored Ministries, he is a regular speaker at missions and evangelistic events around the world.
The aim of this day conference, hosted by the Institute for Ministry, is to encourage and stimulate ministers, elders, APPS, staff teams and local leadership, in equipping God’s people, in the local church, in the work of evangelism.

Dr Karen Mason, Professor of Counselling and Psychology, Director of the Hamilton Counselling Department, Gordon-Conwell Seminary. Her research is focused on the clergy’s and faith community’s role in suicide prevention.
