Resumption of Sunday School and Bible Class

Dear parents,

Following a meeting of the Sunday School superintendents and the representative elders from Corglass, Trinity and Corraneary the required risk assessments have been completed and we are delighted to be ready to resume Sunday School and Bible Class!

Elders will be getting in touch with families in their district to inform them of the resumption of Sunday School and Bible Class from Sunday 6th February (in Corglass).

We ask parents to ensure that their children bring along their catechism, Bible for the older children, and the last workbook if possible. Children should also bring a pencil or pen, and a mask for those aged 9 and upwards.

Very young children for crèche may bring a small toy of their own to play with, but under current guidelines, sharing toys should be avoided.

Parents are also asked to remind their children to practise safe social distancing (1 metre under the current guidelines). We will have measures in place to make Sunday School and Bible Class safer, but if your child is feeling unwell, please do not send them to Sunday School or Bible Class.

This is such an important ministry, and we hope and pray that it will be an enriching and fun experience for our children.

God bless,

Rev. John.

Let’s Read the Bible Together

Starting Thursday 6th January at 8 P.M. I’ll be hosting a Bible reading group on Zoom for the four congregations of the BGPC. It would be great if you could join us!

You won’t have to read out loud or speak if you’re not comfortable with that. You don’t even have to have your mic or camera on!

Whether you’re only getting started, always starting and stopping, or always reading it, please join us and let’s read the Bible together.

Contact me for the details you’ll need to join the meeting (if you previously attended the BGPC Zoom Prayer meetings the details are all the same, including the passcode).

Looking forward to seeing you then!

Rev. John.
